Center for Investigative Journalism (CUJ) is a collaboration between Roskilde University and The Danish Association of Investigative Journalism (FUJ). The purpose of CUJ is to promote investigative journalism in Denmark, especially among journalist students. We provide courses, events, workshops and conferences in investigative journalism. Additionally, NOIR is associated with the CUJ, which is a student innovation hub for visual investigation and communication. The hub focuses on ways of applying open-source investigation methodology and logic to investigations on environmental and human rights violations. In the autumn 2019, we had 12 students on the ‘Digital Graverskole 2019’, where they learnt about web scraping, research on social media and much more.
CUJ launched in September 2018.
